Campaign attribution: If present in the link you used to visit the Site, the inquiry form may also collect limited campaign attribution information, such as UTM source and UTM campaign.
Salon appointments: When you book a salon appointment through GlossGenius, GlossGenius may collect your name, contact information, deposit or payment information, and appointment details on my behalf.
Information collected automatically:
With your consent, I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use my Site, including pages visited, browser and device information, and general location information. Analytics cookie storage is disabled by default and is enabled only if you accept analytics cookies through the Site’s cookie consent controls. • Google Workspace / Google Sheets — bridal inquiry information may be sent by email and stored in a Google Sheet for business recordkeeping, inquiry management, and backup.
• Zapier — transfers bridal inquiry information from the Site to Jotform through an automated workflow.
• Jotform — stores and organizes bridal inquiry submissions for inquiry and lead management.
• GlossGenius — salon appointments are booked and managed through GlossGenius. Appointment, contact, and payment-related information submitted through GlossGenius is processed under GlossGenius’s own privacy practices as well as used by me as necessary to provide salon services.
• Google Analytics — provides Site-usage analytics subject to the consent settings described above.
4. Data Retention
I retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries, client relationships, appointments, business records, and applicable legal or administrative needs. You may request deletion as described below.
