Terms of Service

Welcome to thegoodhairstylist.com. This Site and the services described herein are operated by Wolf+Rose LLC (doing business as “Amy Rose The Good Hairstylist”). In these Terms, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Wolf+Rose LLC and its owner, Amy Rose. By using this Site or booking services with me, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

I provide bridal hair styling on-location across Western North Carolina, and salon hair services at Salon Zhenya in West Asheville, NC. Salon appointments are booked through GlossGenius. Bridal hair inquiries are submitted through my online form and finalized through a signed proposal and deposit.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Salon appointments: A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, which must be settled before rebooking. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Bridal bookings: Wedding dates are reserved only once a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Service Disclaimers

  • Hair color, chemical, and texture services carry inherent risk, including allergic reaction. It’s recommended to let me know if you’ve had a negative reaction to hair dye in the past.

  • Results vary based on hair history, condition, and porosity. I do not guarantee a specific outcome, and I always work with you to set realistic expectations during your consultation or preview appointment.

  • Extensions: For bridal clients requesting extensions, the extensions themselves are purchased and provided by the client. I am responsible only for installation and styling, not for the quality or durability of the extension product itself.

4. Payment

Payment methods and deposit requirements vary by service and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Bridal service payment terms, including deposit amount and due dates, are outlined in your signed proposal.

5. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of my Site or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
